I used to visit Gone Gold everyday and I used to talk to Rich about different games and such. It was such a great place. The help I got on the hardware section was incredible and the other sections were always entertaining and fun.
I noticed it going downhill and I was visiting less and less. It never felt the same. I hope this places picks up where the old days left off.

It's nice to see so many names that I recognize.

Just interested what makes you say that. The general consensus was the GG forums were a nice place to visit, they didn't change an awful lot - other than Rich not visiting them - who I never really knew anyway. The main site went dead that is for sure though.

I wish I had copied all the Morrowind mods links before GG closed! Doh!

I thought it would last forever.... or at least until I got around to finishing my new computer to run Morrowind.
