Not sure exactly what happened, but the board was disabled for a long time there for everyone but mods and admins. I've restored things, and we'll try to figure out what happened.

Sorry team, my fault.. I disabled the board, patched the server and let it reboot.. In the meantime I got sidetracked with a 5 year old barfing on my floor; and I totally forgot to come back and re-enable.
