Rip or Fishpants

I posted this in the General Computing thread, but perhaps that is not the right forum.

I recently purchased a Smart Phone and bought the TapaTalk App. I forgot my OO password when attempting to log in via TapaTalk and now the forum is asking me to do a supplemental task when signing in. The issue is that I can't see the word on the bottom of the screen. I have a 4.1" screen and are perplexed as to how I will be able to log into my OO account via TapaTalk.

Is there any way to reset my account so that I have not exceeded the max number of log in attempts? I would really like to be able to use my phone to post on the boards.

Can't you just click on "forgot my password" and have the system send it to you?

BTW, FP is largely away this week (and Rip is probably on another bender or something).
