I THINK we're completely finished. Tom and I did a full inventory the day I got it, and if I understood everything correctly, I've gotten everything from my outlaw pledge level.

There was a check sheet/manifest that came with my original base-game shipments that included a master list of everything that was possible and indicating what people should expect. I don't know how relevant that list is years later, but I did tuck it into one of the boxes for future reference.

Flying Frog emailed me last night to confirm my address and ver9fy that I really really really didn't want to spend $15 to add whatever it was that was adjusted/changed to my Wave 2 shipment. So...I guess something should be coming soon-ish?

When are we starting up a campaign? The world of Tredarra isn't going to conquer itself, you know.

Man, I wish. I have almost zero time for weekend gaming right now. Working is keeping me until 8, sometimes 9 at night, so I really feel obligated to spend as much time as I can on weekends with the family. Let me know if you get started up with one though, I might be able to do an occasional drop-in as a mysterious drifter...

Finishing up a rough week at the office, then I'm in as long as we schedule in advance.

This weekend I'll try to finish up the rest of the gen con pick up, and get started on Tredarra. Do we want to start a new campaign? Or pick up where we left off?

Was just notified by UPS that a 17lb box (!) is en route from Flying Frog. That seems...large.

My box was 17x12x13 inches. (It's still sitting on the floor in the other room.)

I had to lug two of those a mile in the middle of an Indiana summer last year at Gencon. Trust me, the boxes are heavy.

Credit where credit is due, giant box arrived today and it's packed to the gills with stuff. I didn't opt for any additional purchases so I was pleased to see they included packing information as to what I was missing and how I could fix it (if I wanted to). I appreciate that effort (not sarcastic in any way). I need to set it all up and sort through it. I'll try to remember to take a picture, but it's quite a bit of stuff to look at.

Just got the email today that the rest of my Outlaw pledge is ready but they are waiting to see if I want to spend a leettle bit more money to get more stuffs added to it... apparently to match the retail versions of two expansions. Did anyone do that?

Nope. I got the same message and just told them to send it along. The stuff the wanted to include isn't exclusive or hard to find, so I figured if I get to the point of missing the pieces that weren't included, I'll spend the money and pick them up.

EDIT: Here's a shot of what's in the Outlaw box. Despite what you might think, no it's not foggy in my house. Might be time to clean the camera lens. Anyway, I need to inventory all the bits and pieces, but it's quite a bit of stuff to sort through.

I updated mine. Though I only had one to upgrade. I grabbed the leader of the Scafford gang.

I grabbed the Col. Scafford fig and the Flesh Stalker. I think they were worth it. Some cool powers.

From Smoove's photo, I believe I'm missing at least the art book, which makes me wonder what else.

I'll take an inventory of everything tomorrow (best I can) and get a list together. Above and beyond all the random sprues, there's quite a few baggies filled with cards and chits. It would have been nice if there was a packing list, but I'll see what I can do.

No worries, I'm going to reach out to FFP and see what's up. You got enough to do with all that stuff. No need to add inventory duty to that load.

Oh, I'll be doing an inventory regardless to make sure everything was sent. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but I seemed to recall that Outlaw backers were getting gates/mine doorways as part of that pledge level. In looking through everything that was sent, there's nothing like that in my stash so I'm going to figure out what's what.

EDIT: Nope, they were add-ons or I'm thinking of another KS. But I'm not sure about the set of extra passages and tiles, so yeah, I'll need to go through it all.

Here's the list of what was part of the 1.5 shipment for Outlaw backers, no add ons:
Caverns of Cynder OtherWorld Expansion (including Lava Men)
Frontier Town Expansion (including Bandits)
Scourge Rats (including Rat's Nest as a free bonus)
Serpentmen Warriors
Serpentmen Shaman
Void Sorcerers (was just a single Sorcerer in the KS, but we are including extra 2 Void Sorcerers as a free bonus)
Void Hounds
Undead Outlaw Gang
The Undead Gunslinger
Trederran Raiders
Harvesters
Custodians
Targa Pylons
XL Dark Stone Hydra
Scafford Gang
XXL Beli'al
Dead Man's Bounty Game Supplement
Treasures of the Void Game Supplement
Badlands Expedition Game Supplement
Prospector Hero Class - with Male and Female Miniatures
Orphan Hero Class - with Male and Female Miniatures
Drifter Hero Class - with Male and Female Miniatures
Outlaw Hero Miniatures - Male and Female
I haven't quite figured out what the remaining 0.5 elements are, other than apparently that art book (which is nifty).

XXL Beli'al alone would be worth 40 bucks online. I love that miniature.

I've not heard back from FFP, but I assume they're pretty busy right now. I'm in no rush, though. I've got plenty to keep me busy for now.

I can't seem to figure out if there's really any difference between the 1.5 shipping and the 2.0 shipping, other than the timing. Figuring this stuff out years later is my least-favorite part of the KS process.

I just got two huge boxes.... that were Arcadia Quest Inferno and Pets but not SOB. No word on SOB yet. I love that the acronym is SOB... because that is what I think about this KS.

Ditto. I got it about an hour ago. I was surprised too as I assumed there was nothing left (except for that art book...which I'm probably going to toss in a drawer and never look at).

Thanks.

Apparently, according to the KS comments, they are still waiting for the Succubus printed materials. That is what is probably holding mine up. The sad thing is, I really can't envision playing SOB in the near future or... really... ever.

The new Town set you'll get, and the addition of ranged combat, really make the game so much better. You should give it another go.

Grrrrr....

WTH!

Just put together my first figures from Wave 2. I randomly picked a bag. Turned out to be the Flesh Stalker and friends. While I appreciate that they made a bit of effort to have fewer pieces, they can eat a big bag of dicks. Trying to glue the weapon and hands on the smaller one was insane. No sockets/bumps to help hold stuff. Nope. Just supposed to miraculously hold it in the right place. :grund: :grund: :grund:

Those 7 figures probably took half as long as the second core set of figures. Plus I'll have superglue all over my fingers for the next week.

What a P.I.T.A.

I hear that nail polish remover with acetone will help with super glue removal.

I recently discovered accelerant spray. Amazing stuff to superglue plastic/resin minis but it makes the risk of gluing yourself much worse.

I haven't tried it yet on the Brimstone models, but I've heard good things about Tamiya model cement. I ordered a tiny container of it a few months ago and figured I'll give it a try. I understand that it works best with certain types of plastics, and I'm not sure if the Brimstone models were created with the kind this likes, but I figured I'd give it a try. I've learned more about painting and glue in the last year than I ever thought possible. Anyway, from what I've been made to understand, glue specifically designed for model plastic "melts" or fuses the plastic together (unlike Superglue) so the assembly is easier. Of course this assumes you're skilled in application and don't end up melting everything you're working with, so I guess we'll see.

Keep the model glue away from anything remotely transparent.

I assembled this last batch of minis using straight up Testers liquid model cement and it went swimmingly. And yes, I know the parts that you are talking about Mix, but while fiddly, they didn't slow me down all that much. Sorry you're having a rough time.
