LAN Coop Suggestions?

My brother and kids are coming over for some LAN gaming for the long holiday.

Any LAN coop game suggestions? Should be at least 4 player and maybe up to 6.

We will definitely be playing ARK, but it would be nice to have a change of pace. My son thinks we should do Rainbow Six Seige, but I'm hoping someone has a few suggestions before I buy a bunch of copies.

Thanks.

Insurgency. The new one is awesome (Sandstorm) but you can get Insurgency for cheap (under $4) and verify you like the model:

It's the most heavily played game at the LAN party I attend. Yes, you read that correctly.

Four players is easy. Six is tougher. Siege is fun, although it would be played via a remote server. The cooperative elements are not terribly well developed, and it can be unforgiving for new players, but I've put in a lot of hours and it can be a lot of fun, especially with teamwork and communication. Some others that come to mind to check into:

~Strange Brigade (it doesn't have staying power that lasts for months, but is great for a few days of play)
~Borderlands. 2 is better than 1 in this regard. 3 is great, but still full priced.
~Dungeon Defenders (light and fun)
~Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (again, unforgiving if they're not experienced gamers)

Some more:

~Torchlight 2 (Diablo-esque)
~Killing Floor (action shooter)

Both support 6. Co-Optimus is your friend.

Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time (seriously, ignore the name the and sugar-coated aesthetic, this is one of the best co-op games I’ve played)

Trine 2 or Trine 4. (Trine 4 definitely supports 4 player, Trine 2 might only be three players. Do not purchase Trine 3.)

Castle Crashers (Crude humor but a very fun brawler)

Monaco (not a huge fan of the art style but a really fun stealth co-op)

Ultimate Chicken Horse (Not co-op but a blast with 4 players)

Thanks for all the suggestions. I do have a couple of those in my steam library unplayed. So I'll try some out and see if it is worth purchasing more copies.

The R6 games were staples at the LAN parties for years, and then they pretty much disappeared. It wasn't until Insurgency was released that we found a true successor. I cannot emphasize enough how great that game is.

Is Artemis still a thing? I'd still like to try that someday.
