Storyteller Note: I will be waiting on Tru1cy (Troy) to get back before updating to the next scene. In the meantime you all can feel free to plan your next moves, play word association, or whatever you think is productive (or fun).

OOC/ Hey all I am going on a short vacation. I will be gone from tomarrow thru wednesday. I have a family reunion to go to on my moms side. We havn't seen them since my Mom passed away when I was a kid. Plus I get to meet my half-brother that I havn't seen since then either.
Well I am off the boards for a while.

Anyone heard from either tru1cy or Silky? I know tru1cy was back for the end of the WW game but haven't seen him since. Anyway, hope both are good and that we restart soon.

I am at the tail end of a huge data center migration at work. I have been putting in more hours than I care to think about. I hope to be able to pick this up later on in the week.

Like most things in life this data center migration isn't going as planned. It may very well go into September. I addition to that my sister in law's struggling restaurant requires most of my free time. What would you guys prefer? Would you like to limp along with sporadic updates or would you rather put the game on hold until these things are calmed down.

I'm fine with limping along or setting it down if you need to. RL takes priority. If you have responsibilities that need your time then that is just the way it is and the game will cope IMO.Silky wrote:Like most things in life this data center migration isn't going as planned. Of course, I am still waiting for CR to update the damned D&D game I'm part of which he has not since before the OOutage.

Drat, I was hoping we'd finally get the dramatic conclusion.
I wonder what ever happened to the restaurant. Or to Silky. Or Rev.

Yeah, we were heading towards a dramatic moment. Weren't we about to storm a warehouse? Not that I would have been much help.

Rev's father got very sick and he had to take care of him, I saw him last fall, but haven't talked to him since.
"Where are you off to?"
"I don't know," Snufkin replied.
The door shut again and Snufkin entered his forest, with a hundred miles of silence ahead of him.

Sorry to hear about his father. If you get the chance, tell him I said "Hey". Rev was a pretty cool guy.Chaosraven wrote:Rev's father got very sick and he had to take care of him, I saw him last fall, but haven't talked to him since.

This necroed thread prompted me to call him, and guess what? Bastard moved near me and never called! He's ten miles away.
So I went there after work and taught him Alien Frontiers.

When you told me you talked to him you didn't tell me he moved close by, ass. We'll have to get him out to game again more often if he is that close now.Chaosraven wrote:This necroed thread prompted me to call him, and guess what? Bastard moved near me and never called! He's ten miles away.
