I just couldn't get any cards this game, and the few times I did get cards, they were the kind which are likely to lose you a bunch of money. Short-stacked, I had to make the play I did and pray I'd hit on the river. Ah well.... good game everyone! Good luck to the remainders.

I know the feeling. While I've folded a number of pretty winners. I've also folded a lot of acceptable hands that would have seen me over committing and getting my ass handed to me... I've only played (and lost) one of those hands so far. :D

I had to call at that point and just hope that I had live cards. I actually had the Ace King to the Jack ten in another tounamant I was playing this week and lost to set of tens to come in second in the round so I guess the poker gods haev a sense of humor

I wasn't trying to say it was a bad play on your part. I was just saying that you are on a hot run hitting the cards you need. You hit the flush draw the previous hand, you hit the 10 that hand. You have to make the right plays to take advantage of the run though and you are doing that as well. I had a bad feeling going into that hand anyway. I'm not really fond of big slick as I seem to get burned by it much more often than I make a hand.
