technically wouldn't I be going before Zurai based on total influence (I have three, he has none)? Shouldn't have any effect on this game based on the orders given, but would still be good to know.

Turn 1: Daqan Lords (Lagom) 3-Conquer

It is now Lagom's turn.[/quote]
Lagom plays the tactics card:

Favor of Kellos - Play during your turn. Choose 3 uncontrolled areas not containing rune tokens. Take 1 dragon rune and 2 false runes from the pile of unused tokens and randomly place 1 facedown in each chosen area.

Lagom places the tokens in 8B1, 8C1 and 1B.

I just thought, with runes just placed on our doorstep, you might be sentient enough to realize their value over something as mundane as a barbecue.... My expectations are not high, however.

Lagom's turn continued...

Lagom activates 8C1, moving in 1 Knight from 6B, and 1 Knight and 1 Siege Tower from 6C. He then attempts Diplomacy using 3 Influence tokens.

Diplomacy Fate Draws: Failure, Success, Success.

The Dragon in 8C1 allies with Lagom.

Each player resets any of his resource dials that are higher than the amount provided by the areas he controls.

All Harvest Order cards played this season are considered blank (have no ability).

Year 3, Fall Turn Order:

3. Latari Elves (Zurai) 6-Rally Support

Winter Season Card: Abundance of Power
Wizards' Council
Perform an influence bid. If the combined amount bid is more than the number of players, each player receives 1 dragon rune.
Secondary Ability: Any player's area where they have more units than their food dial, that player must destroy units in excess of the food dial. Water borders are now passable.

Jow gains 1 influence from his title card.

Yeah, I got mixed up again.

Due to the Winter Season Secondary Ability, Jow must choose a unit in 5C and JB to destroy.

It's me, been having a good and bad kind of month. Good because some new games have come out, bad because I've been depressed about work and other things.

I'll get this back on track tonight and will make sure to have proper updates at least daily or bi-daily.

Jow moes all units from JB to 5B. Then moves Bogran from 1B to 1A, and One-Fist from 8d1 to 5C.

Turn 2: Uthuk Y'llan (Scoop) 3-Conquer
Scoop will activates 2C2 and moves in:
From 2A2: 2 Chaos Lords and 1 Fleshripper
From 2A1: 2 Giants

Battle at 2C2! 1 Fleshripper, 2 Chaos Lords, 2 Giants vs 2 Skeletal Archers, 3 Reanimates
Initiative 1 Fate Draws:
Skeletal Archer 1 misses.
Skeletal Archer 2 routs 1 unit.

Flesh Ripper uses Undying, and now has 3 health.

Scoop must choose which of his units to rout.

Rout, not retreat. Routing just tips them on their side and removes them from the final fight tally.

hey fellas. just fyi - I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow morning, returning Jun 13. Chances are good I won't be able to do anything in the game until then, but may get lucky and be able to update once in a while if we actually find available wireless. Otherwise, catch ya in a week or so!

Battle at 2C2 continued...
Initiative 4 Fate Draws:
Reanimate 1 misses.
Reanimate 2 misses.
Reanimate 3 misses.


Initiative 5 Fate Draws:
Chaos Lord 1 uses its special ability, Terrifying! (Choose 2 enemy units. Each chosen unit is routed if it was already routed, it is destroyed.)
Chaos Lord 2 misses.
Giant 1 causes 3 damage!
Giant 2 routs 2 units!


Resolve special abilities first:
Scoop must choose 2 enemy units to rout.

After which, routs are resolved:
docD must then choose which 2 of his remaining units to rout.

Finally damage is resolved:
Lastly docD must choose which of his units to take damage, starting with unrouted units.
