Since I am now proven a Noble, I will say that I successfully mingled during Hour 1 (Kenetickid). I also successfully mingled during Hour 2 (still unrevealed). I was blocked on a mingling attempt last night. I will keep my blocked mingle candidate in Hour 3 unrevealed for the moment.

Was your hour 3 mingle candidate Newcastle?

Last night I was blocked meaning:
A. someone didn't understand my mingle with Newcastle annoucement
B. didn't believe my Newcastle announcement
C. decided to block me from visiting Newcastle
D. ?

Personally, I suspect A or B. So, let's up the score, yes? Tonight I'm going to get something better to drink. Mr. M is welcome to visit me - it'll be a waste of his time, but it will prevent me from heading downstairs.

I continue to be blocked in my attempts to do anything. Assholes. :P

I was however treated to a nice glass this past hour. I assume this means I was visted by the same person that visited Grund last hour.

did you not claim to have been blocked mingling hour 1? Thus it could not have been you. Which means you did something else entirely.

I did mingle with newcastle. I am so very sorry.

I got in from a long day of work and saw that several people had already submitted orders. In my haste to submit my order, I completely missed your announcement to mingle with newcastle.

It was a fumble and not an intentional block.

Mea culpa. :(

Perhaps he's lying because he's the Red Death and wishes to be toasted. That would be consistent with his apparent unfamiliarity with what happens when someone is blocked.

Heh, roll the dice. If one of you holds off, the other succeeds unless M stops them. If both try and M just lets you, both fail.

Grund, why do you list me as having given my third action as a blocked Mingle?

If y'all are going to be ambiguous, I'm gonna make an assumption. Remus, you wrote: "I continue to be blocked in my attempts to do anything". That's either a blocked mingle or a blocked theft.

In a sense, it matters not which. Blocked is blocked. It could matter, if people revealed enough info to discern contradictions. But that's an unlikely scenario.

If you'd like me to be more accurate, then you'll have to give me better info. ;)

The Cask of Amontillado (WW) - Fourth Hour

Post by Lagom Lite »

THE FOURTH HOUR

”’To Isgrimnur!’ theohall repeated, and this time everyone chimed in with a solemn ’To Isgrimnur.’

Isgrimnur lifted his masque to reveal his face. His features betrayed his lineage to the esteemed Isgrimnuri family.”

Isgrimnur is a Noble.

Nobles, will you Mingle with a player or Sneak into the cellar?
Montresor, will you Mingle with a player?
Fortunato, will you Mingle with a player?
Red Death, which player will you Infect?

Please send your Orders in a PM to the Moderator.
Please note Orders are final and you can’t change your mind once I’ve received the PM.

Players remaining:
1. Isgrimnur, a Noble of the Isgrimnuri family
2. theohall
3. Chaosraven
4. Grundbegriff
5. Newcastle
6. msteelers
7. Qantaga, a Noble of the Qantagi family
8. rshetts2
9. redrun
10. Vorret
11. Kenetickid, a Noble of the Connecticutti family
12. Unagi
13. Remus West
14. Lassr

Deadline for the Fourth Hour is Friday October 1st, at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Failure to submit an Order before deadline results in that player doing nothing that Hour.
If the Red Death fails to submit an Order he will infect a random uninfected player.
