In the absence of proof we only have 1 way to see into the heart of a man (or wolf). The gallows.

I am sure of this though, I am a villager. With the deadline looming 2 things keep disturbing me. Newcastle

The main one is this. I think Newcastle's posts have been soft. Seem more prodding than probing.

not sure what kind of probing you expect me to pull off Rev, have given my thoughts and suspects list. Not going to claim anything I am not, you guys are simply using up a miss w/ me. Also not a lot of conversing going on while a deadline is looming tonight...pretty much Q, Purge and Grund are busy w/ other endeavors...so cant get their opinions.

I do think you are a wolf though Rev.

i think that's wrong.....he moved his vote around a bit yesterday (3 folks). And he landed on me today first and foremost today...and to be fair i can kind of see both of their reasons, well actually i see remus reasonings the most...less so BB, and definitely not yours in terms of voting for me.

Stessier gets lynched. Suddenly after Newcastle posted his observations above, he claims below that he didn't read the thread thoroughly. It was thorough enough to post something on just about everyone and put a vote on Grund before the lynch though.

This is why I say off. Q was second vote on Stess, had time to move it, didn't. Puts Q more in the innocent area I would think, but Newcastle says he could vote for him. Grund seems to be a focus for Newcastle, both before and after the lynch of Stess. We had plenty of time and a vote train could have very easily started in another direction. Hell, usually the first guy run up to N-1 gets lynched less than half the time anyway. Grund putting a bullet in Stess when he didn't have to makes me think he is more good. Both Q and Grund are experienced enough to place their votes where they did to throw off suspicion, however, at least at this point, I think there are more viable candidates.

Ah, my very favorite gambit... the self vote. :roll:

Rev, if you are innocent, why are you self voting?

My morning fled rather quickly and my afternoon is flying away, too. I haven't forgotten the deadline.

As I said, I am suspicious of everyone at the moment:

- Rev, mainly for his post voting for me after I accused stess. Now knowing that stess is a wolf, it strikes me as an attempt to deflect attention from stess. Also, for his rather elaborate case against me at the start of this game day, which I know to be completely false.

- Grund, for jumping on Rev's coat-tails so quickly and for killing stess with a meta excuse when Grund rarely feels compelled to provide frivolous rationale.

- Newcastle, for the aforementioned inconsistency of whether he had read the thread thoroughly or not before questioning the stess vote. Also, for a general vibe of "reasonable" Newcastle, that I've seen from evil Newcastle before.

- Remus, for the calculated self vote early on, which struck me as an attempt to do what he did in the previous game when he was innocent. I got the feeling that it was an attempt at trying to try to put himself in the same perceived state of innocence. Lassr seized on that. Is that why Lassr was killed? The n-1 on stess looks good for Remus, but he would know that, wouldn' he? One thing that will probably keep me from voting Remus today is that he may have been a good scan target last night, based on his arguing not to be scanned yesterday. So, I think there is a possibility that, unless Lassr is the Seer, Remus may have already been outed today, if he were the remaining wolf.

- Purge, for not resembling the WW persona I'm used to seeing with him. Meta reasons, or wolfish ones?

- bb2112, because the stess vote could have been a poke at a "silent" partner that picked up steam too quickly for him to safely remove his vote.

I need about an hour to think things over, then I'll vote.

My self vote is simple.... In my eyes I (as a mere villager) have but 2 choices to make. 1 find a wolf, 2 protect the Seer. (assuming Lassr was not he).

There is 2 people in this game that know my innocence absolutely, myself and the the last wolfy.

dude, if youre actually innocent and say you go down...it hurts the team...because we know one of those votes were an innocent. if you are innocent let the villagers & wolf do the dirty work so there is data to sift through at least.

besides, it looks like i am the flavor of hte moment/day.

just disappointed that you have no grand analysis to go w/ this vote and same w/ the stessier vote. Was a fairly unanalytical strike you hit me w/ and the same could be said w/ your vote on Stessier. So yeah, either lucky, you aint sharing your thoughts or something else.....

Ugh. We do love our deadlines.

It looks like we'll have to choose between Newcastle and purge.

With purge, he hasn't given us much to go on, so he would be very hard to read if he makes it to the end game.

With Newcastle, it is virtually certain that he is not our Seer, given the time he has spent at n-1.

I think I'd rather vote for purge, but if Newcastle is not the wolf, the real wolf knows for certain that Newcastle is not the Seer, so eliminating Newcastle also keeps the pool of possible Seers bigger, thus reducing the odds of the wolf finding the Seer tonight.

Oh, and Rev is trying to start a new train with just an hour to go and Grund is following Rev's lead again? Interesting.

I still think Rev and Grund hold our best hope for a wolf, but with the deadline looming:
