The Heroes congratulated themselves on a Hard Fought Mystery Game.

The city was safe once more, as Mr Bubbles was a NORMAL.

Wait, what?

Aw maaaaan.

BOILERPLATE NIGHT:
Batman: which Corpse will you Identify?
Wonder Woman: Who will you Compel?
Martian Manhunter: Who will you Contact?
Green Lantern: Who will you Negate?
Doctor Fate: Will you Scan or will you Contact?
Flash: Who will you Protect?
Captain Marvel: Will you Reveal?
Lex Luthor: Who will you Scan?
Clayface: Who will you be?
Parasite: Which Corpse will you Use?
Villains: Who will you Attack?
"Where are you off to?"
"I don't know," Snufkin replied.
The door shut again and Snufkin entered his forest, with a hundred miles of silence ahead of him.

Well it's either me or Coop. And since I will not vote for me.

Almost 100% sure they are Proven:
Isgrimnur
tru1cy

Maybe kinda proven:
purge

Not proven at all:
RMC
coopasonic

So if it is down to me or Coop I prefer coop. I don't see how it could be anyone else, and I don't see how there would be more than 1 villain left. But I was wrong on Bubbles.

FTFY.

Also, I would have swung that this way....

Interesting development. If I get killed, you know what that means.
Also, don't count out the idea that Tru1cy could be evil, or that anyone on the vote did so to use jokers bomb on (what I can only assume coop means) killing me.

THE JOKER!!!

Post by Chaosraven »

As coopasonic (aka THE JOKER) sat in his room, watching Faces of Death on Blueray, the phone rang...

Image

"Hey coop? You there?"

He giggled.

"Um... could you come down to the meeting room? We, uh, have something to discuss..."

He gathered up his Flag Pistol (with poison dart Flag), his Acid Squirting Flower, and his BIG OLD BOMB, and headed downstairs, pausing long enough to draw mustache and goatees on the stairway pictures of Black Canary and Zatanna.

Image

The gathered Heroes jumped him when he hit the doorway, wrestling away his Pistol and B.O.B., dodging the Acid Spraying from his lapel Flower.

Purge, holding the B.O.B., informed him that today was his last, the votes were in.

But coopasonic began to laugh... and laugh... AND LAUGH

For he had already triggered the BIG OLD BOMB

THE EVENING

Isgrimnur looked at RMC, as tru1cy turned a sickening sly smile on them.

It's you! One said...
No, it's both! Another said...
Wait... said the Third.

How do we win this game again?
"Where are you off to?"

Checking the Rules (Waaaaaaaaaaay back on page One), they laid out the hard copy on the table...

"Well, if the Villains are EQUAL to the Heroes, the Villains win."
"Yeah, but there's three of us."
"True. But it's NIGHT."

"Oh."

"So if one of us DIES..."

"Yeah."

"Crap."

tru1cy laughed.

"Well, it sure isn't going to be me dying," he said "Because I'm the ATOM."

"No! Why would you TELL HIM THAT??" RMC and Isgrimnur shouted at the same time, pointing to each other.

"Wait," they both protested, shocked.

"STOP DOING THAT" they SHOUTED AT EACH OTHER.

tru1cy waited for them to settle down.

"Tell who what, exactly?" tru1cy asked, with a wicked smile.

...
"Where are you off to?"
"I don't know," Snufkin replied.

Well... at least we whittled down the JLA to one hero and two butlers. And let's face it, Atom is pretty useless. :P

The only scanners we had were Riddler and the first night converted Dr GrundbeFate. Neither of them lived long enough. If we hadn't converted Dr Fate his life would have been even shorter as he scanned Lagom/Killer Croc on the first night. *nomnomnom*

Now that the game is over, Isgrimnur, please tell us how Riddler's "scan" could be useful. Something you said about a million pages ago.

I disagree that Riddler's power is hamstrung, but at the risk of not giving him any ideas, I will refrain from elaborating on that.

The night that Grund was killed, it was all but announced that Tru1cy was The Atom.

Theo's first question should have been "Is Tru1cy The Atom?" That would have been enough proof (on the day Theo died) to disable that power.

Since you were all evil, you could believe the claims that I and Remus made with nary a worry. Hell, both Hawks had proven themselves anyways, and you didn't need to scan Lagom.

Can we get a post of all the assigned roles? :D

You need to wash that evil tinge off you ... I honestly didn't know which of the three of you was the last one. Had I done the right thing and disabled/killed coop instead of austin, I'm not sure if Lagom would have been put forward to test as quickly.

It's sad, because Coop was up there, I pushed hard for him, and no one was jumping ship off Austin.

Ah well.

Great game, loved the premise and the randomness- my one comment (which I've already made to CR) was that The Atom, being a scientist, and with the ability to protect himself, should also be able to act as coroner. Of course, admitting to it and revealing results also negates his protection, so it's a game of Shoot-the-moon.
