no,
Don't shoot a Normal
If they are normal, that will make them protected and they could attack that Normal player and make it look like a conversion.

You do realize that if they wish to surrender a kill to a "protection" they have the option, don't you? .

What the blue hell have you people been doing?!?

Just now realized that, Remus.
Bb, you should scan Lagom tonight.

Remus West wrote:Purge, I'm waiting to see who the group wants me to shoot. I'd rather shoot Austin than Isgrimnur but I really think either is simply going to add another "proven" to the fold. Which is fine if you all are willing to trust me. I'll let you pick which you would prefer though. As for the lynch target though, we should go after Grund. If we trust bb2112 then Grund has a shot at being Joker while theohall does not. Riddler can wait (whats he going to discover about us that we have not already told him?).
Remus West wrote:Just post in thread which player you have disabled and I will shoot that player.
Lagom Lite wrote:I now saw that we don't learn alignment from shots. So. Even though one of them is lying, no shooting bb2112 or Grund. Also, no shooting theohall, since he claims Hero and we learn nothing from his non-lynch death.
Since there's no public announcement when GA shoots someone who might be a normal (Austin, Isgrimnur) doesn't really prove them nor Remus so it basically wastes the shot IF they're normal. If the target dies, it means the target was either a Hero or a Villain but it does prove Remus.
The upside to waiting to shoot is that our scanner, be it Grund or bb2112, gets another night to scan. But the Villains get another night to scan as well, if the other one is converted/Lex Luthor. OTOH the Villains already know who they are, and who most of the Heroes are.
Right now there's a Hero overload and we need to start sifting through who's who. Lynching theohall seems the way to go, but if you want to shoot I'll wait for it. I think you should maybe wait until we lynch theohall, and then shoot Grund/bb2112 tomorrow. Be more efficient.
Of course there's the risk that you are night-killed. But if bb2112 is who he says he is, that shouldn't happen. So it's a gamble.
Unagi wrote:Not sure why Isgrimnur wouldn't want to be GL/GAshot.
Seems like a no brainer if he was Normal.
RMC wrote:If we shot Grund, and Theo comes back good, then we got had and we kill BB on the next day. But I don't think BB is lying, so I think we have to take the two out today.

Wouldn't it would be pretty careless to slaughter the only player who can scan for Joker and Croc?
See, this is one reason I prefer Normal over Scanner. I'm seldom long for this virtual world, and Scanner is the one role we hope will endure for a good long while.
purge wrote:I'll admit, my ass-grabbing of Theo is based on boredom.
If you want N-3, Theo, then pipe up and say something significant.
It's funny how I've come up with ways for us to all contribute without revealing what we are or are not, and yet, this dragging seems to be better.
Perhaps we should all just lynch superman again?

That's the current state. However, I spent a long time with a vote on Bubbles, carrying forward my apprehensions from yesterday about his near-invisibility.
As I said, I think Bubbles, Isgrimnur, and Lagom Lite are much more viable targets if finding Evil is what we're trying to do.
Bubbles for anomalous quiet behavior, Isgrimnur because of the bizarre aborted bandwagon on him, and Lagom Lite because he has swayed between In Your Face on the one hand and Absent on the other (managing to seem wolfy in both modes).
Austin wrote:I still lean toward evil Grund. His "claim" was subtle enough toward a "I'm a good guy who looses powers if I reveal" role. . . but I guess there is a chance that he is being truthful. He's being a bit too nice to me too; that makes me nervous.

This plan will not prove anything if both Purge and Issy are evil.

And we hope you're not evil either, BB.
Have a little faith - I have to.

He is just totally oblivious to the idea that we might not trust him. That's his damage.bb2112 wrote:Here is my only real issue with you Purge. Your constant request that we use up our shots and you use your ring on Supes.
