So we're stuck it seems. Anyone want to do analysis on who seems to be voting together or refusing to do so? I am unproven and under suspicion so it's not like I can swing any votes. I am bothered by Purge and Remus, but if they be villains, well played. Mr. Bubbles, Lagom Lite, are especially pinging; but someone needs to hang, and I will not self vote.

Not sure the 'or' is entirely valid.
If I were on team evil, I would likely want to be in on the vote that catches our next villain. (or perhaps, entirely off a 'whif' train on a normal)

But, if you guys can't be made to look at Lagom (by voting for him), then I will simply move on.

I'm still cool with these three Coop, Austin, Lagom

That brings Coop to N-1.

My point was that I was the only (semi-proven) special on the coop vote.

We have Lagom, RMC and Austin there.

Off is Mr. Bubbles.

I'm going gut here - I think scoop may be evil, but your mention of Austin, plus I could TOTALLY see Grund "protecting" two-face as one of his picks.

Interesting that you would do this on a weekend as you pretty much force those who trust you to follow that vote as you "ability" is other wise wasted.

Meh. I can't prove it now anyways. Remus' and BB made sure of that.

There's a reason why I was NEVER worried about SuperHarley - and there would only be two reasons for that (the reality of me being Green Lantern vs. me being evil). In fact, before outing myself I had even suggested we should re-lynch Superman - I would have killed him to remove the threat (though I did not believe he was converted).

Go back through my posts.

Austin, the place you're in is suspicious - you were "cleared" by an evil. At worst you're a villain - esp. someone like twoface who's death could have "proven" Grund, at best you are a single citizen who becomes collateral damage. You have nothing to offer, and you don't contribute much to the game (last I checked you had sub-60 posts, where everyone else averages in the 80-100 range).

Unagi already stated he'd vote for you - so with my vote, that means we're sitting at N. It's not like I picked out a person with NO votes and then shoved out the "I've used my powers" on them to get EVERYONE to vote for them.

So why are you NOW trying to protect yourself, when you yourself have claimed nothing but unpowered citizen?

We have no "sure" targets, and were the roles reversed, you wouldn't hesitate to execute a "proven" from a villain.

I? I think too much, speak thoughts out loud when I should be quiet.

My vote will not move.

LOL .. I thought the last post was from Austin (Remus'). Working all last night and this morning on a Toronto Datacenter powerdown and recovery has had its impact on me.

Remus - It doesn't change the point that Austin is in a position of peculiar suspicion - and last I checked, you haven't exactly had your powers "proven" either.

I'm 3 of 3 used up. Austin is no longer powered (if he ever was).

Austin, if I'm wrong about this and you turn up citizen, I'm sorry. :(

No it won't. Lynching you means I get to trust my bow shot and if they then kill me the rest of the remaining good guys will get to do so as well. Given that your actions have been questionable at best I am more than willing to exchange either a very doubtful ally in you for a know ally or get rid of an enemy posing as an ally and know that I can not fully trust the shot.

Forcing the vote? Dude, seriously.

And how ELSE am I supposed to make sure my power is executed BEFORE a lynch, when a train can be started quickly? It's not like I picked someone at random - the game was stalled, and I picked the most likely target that could be two-face (given the KNOWN evils and their relations to them).

You calling me out makes me regret not lynching you FIRST.
So do me a favor coop (since I've given you another night of misdeeds) - make sure I'm tonights target.

Yes, forcing the vote. I was at N-1 and you decided to force the vote somewhere else. Why not target me since that's the way the wind was blowing? I was at 5 with some momentum, Austin was at 3 with no momentum. Thanks for saving me and I even understand and appreciate your motivation. You still forced the vote (or at least tried). ;)

You were a test case. I wanted to see how the vote swayed. In this case, besides me you had every "unknown" (including Lagom) on you besides Bubbles. Austin's lynch was being supported by you, and moreso by tru1cy and isgrimnur.

Grim can only be non-citizen if Remus is lying about taking the shot (from my perspective).

There are many reasons for the evils to vote against others (or against each other) - I have no idea if you are evil or not. I just found it interesting that besides bubbles, you were being lynched by the unknowns. No one else piled on, so if you turn out to be good, the likelihood of Bubbles/Grim/Remus being evil is diminished, and RMC, Austin, and Lagom Lite goes up.

Since I want to use my last charge before nightfall though, I need to gamble on the most likely target, who already had 1/2 the lynch requirement with a bunch of semi-trusted folks. I thought he was at 4 when I placed my vote, but I figure I should exhaust my ring charge while I still have one left. The only thing my ring would do at this point is stop one of the many lynches from booming or hiding. May as well get it out of the way.

If Austin is evil then go ahead and lynch me tomorrow. Watch who jumps on though - I will die good.

So have you got the notification that Austin is disabled? If so, I'll push him over.

If he sent a PM ordering Austin disabled when he said he did then Austin will be disabled on lynch regardless as the time stamps would show the order of events. So if you push Austin over and he goes "boom" I'd be very shocked (as it would mean that purge not only revealed his farce but gave us another bad guy in the process). Any other outcome means we wouldn't know if there had been a lanterning though.

As the Heroes gathered around him, AUSTIN began to growl

Image

BURSTING OUT OF HIS CLOTHES, HIS FANGS BARED AND CLAWS EXTENDED...

...he fell to the floor as somebody knocked him over the head with a nearby Lamp.

AUSTIN WAS A WOLF!

No, wait.

Upon closer inspection the cosplay stuff came off easily, and he was in fact a NORMAL.

...and grund is laughing at me. :grund:

Sorry Austin.

I'm done with powers now, and *I* know:

1) Austin was human (there is no way he's two-face)
2) Isgrimnur is human (if Remus is GA).

I guess we look at who was willing to kill Austin, but was not willing to test grund or theo (prior to the mass outings).

Ick.

IMHO focus should be on: Coopasonic, RMC, Mr Bubbles, Lagom Lite

The group should keep in mind that if both purge and I die as good then you'll know that Isgrimnur must be good. Thus, if I get killed in the night, lynching purge is at worst a wash numbers wise since if he is good then you get to trust Isgrimnur and if he is bad.....then you've caught another bad guy. Same goes if purge dies in the night. Feel free to lynch me if you doubt me as you'll then get to trust Isgrimnur.

I looked down.

I find it interesting that I've been thrust into the limelight on this one. Who knew I'd turn into something of a lynchpin.
Munch, crunch, gobble, gone. 6th in post count.
