What the hell happens if we do not have Batman? Two-face is then unscannable AND lynches like a normal? We better have a Batman. Just saying.

Had tru1cy been a villain, Superman's scan of him would have come back villain, not good guy. Which throws out (a), unless truc1y is (i) Harvey Dent and Batman is not in the game or (ii) ClayFace.
