You started the turn with 5 Treasury. You spent 3 to up Logistics to 3, so you were left with 2, which was placed in the Levant.

Looking at the map, if you're going for a 4-difficulty area(which is pretty much all that is left), you might as well go for China. Beware, however. A player cannot take control of opium or tea until they reach 6 Economy. I'm the only one at 6, so if you do succeed at the roll, and gain a Monopoly on Silk(the only good besides orange you can claim in India or China,), then someone else will sneak in and take control of the other two goods...probably.
