1) Why would the Imperials leave C3P0 alive as the only other powered Rebel besides you, LM? We know Vader will just force choke you when the numbers are right, or is he about to be lynched.

My main reason for finding Lassr unlikely to be a wolf - is that it seems like Lagom (and, damn, it was Remus.... grrr) was trying to get us to hit Lassr, instead of Scoop.

Ok, so we know Dooku is/was in the game, as Yoda proved. Remus tells us Vader is/was in the game. Austin was Fett, were either Newc or Scoop over too quick for a choke order? My point here is that if we believe Remus numbers (whether or not we believe him as c3p0), one wrong step could cost us the game. And a whole mess of people are willing to gamble that. Why?
