I honestly cannot believe how far behind I ended up in this game.

A blowout is punishing. I tried to move you up a spot by crashing on the last turn, but I missed. ;)

Who knew the battle for 4th was going to come down to the final turn? While I wanted to run this track to see what would happen on a more wide open course, I'd been a bit disappointed with the lack of any sort of drama late in this lap due to everyone being spread out.

Yes, I wrote a post earlier that stated 4th, but it must not have taken.

Movement choice is irrelevant. There's no way to catch bb and it is trivial to survive the turn and stay ahead of hentzau. Finish order is set.

Fair enough. He's got to finish the turn without massively blowing through it. A review of next turn's rolls indicate no chance for failure unless he's suicidal.

We'll call it there, then.

Final Results
  1. El Guapo (Blue 1) - 10 points
  2. Isgrimnur (White 1) - 8 points
  3. coopasonic (Yellow 1) - 6 points
  4. bb2112 (Yellow 2) - 5 points
  5. NickAragua (Blue 2) - 4 points
  6. hentzau (White 2) - 3 points
Team race results
  1. Blue - 14 points
  2. Yellow - 11 points
  3. White - 11 points

So I forget, are starting positions for the next race based on the previous race or season standings?

No worries.

Yeah, once I Started looking at it, I realized the game state was set. I try not to spend too much time overanalyzing it as the game goes by.

I think this track is definitely more open and doesn't lend itself to late game position changes as well as some of the more turny tracks.

I definitely want to run another one, however, it might be a bit before I get to it, as I've got to move in the next two months.

Ugh, moving sucks. Good luck with that. Thanks for running again, had a great time. Cant wait to see what track you pick for next time.

I have moving boxes you can have! They have only been used once and are in great condition. I have 116 of them spread over dishpack/wardrobe/book/and some other size. The downside is that they are currently in SC. But if you can get over that, I have 3 boxes of packing paper too! :)

This doesn't help me get rid of 116 boxes. I think you need to reconsider.
