He stayed on LL for both days. He hasn't been flailing about randomly or anything.

Just a gut call at the moment. That, and I think lynching the rodent would be funny.

and that is less likely now, if that hadn't crossed their mind then you sure made them aware of it.
I dont think the wolves are dumb. I dont think anyone who plays this game is dumb. I think most folks have a good understanding of strategy and how to use it. Your kind of making the wolves out to be cro-magnons, which i think is trying too hard. I mean come on....you even said yesterday you were thinking they'd use the r2 vote on lagom...that's not sound strategy. And you know that.

They know they have the 7 votes, bet their just trying to line up the time to do a dogpile...sooo having said that...wonder if the 6 rebels can muster up a quick strike before they can strike? So who has not checked in? Could they be a rebel?
No, I don't think they are dumb but I know in a rush to get down their votes they may not think clearly all the time. Mistakes happen.

Well if you are just an imperial employee then we are probably just waiting on the mod to come in and announce your lynching unless R2 is not around at the moment either.

Why would the Rebels need to use R2? If Isg guessed wrong then we're all just piling on an innocent Empire villager.

With no R2 overvote (today would be the day) I figure that's a rebel!

IF we nabbed a rebel we still are not out of the woods...because tomorrow they have a chance to wolfpile (3 votes) and drop a r2 vote (4 votes) on us; R2's deal expires when we hit 7 players; tomorrow (IF there is one) we'll have 8 players.

i guess am saying we might need to do some night chatting, so we can move pretty darn fast tomorrow prior to the rebels. Of course they'lls ee this message so i am sure that they'll be planning the same thing. Food for thought.

Tomorrow majority is 5, if we have 8 players.

Also the fact there is not "strutting" of having won the game makes me think we might have just nabbed a rebel.

leaves us 9 with 3 rebel and 6 empire, one proven.
Losing an Imperial overnight makes us 5 on 3... unless Vorret turn out to be R2 (do we get individual identities of the Rebel wolves?)
we would still have a chance.

If we lose Darth Izzy overnight we have no proven left.
Boba and Nute potential may still give us the edge.

I took it as a trap post hoping to trick someone into revealing too much. :naughty:

Meanwhile we get to enjoy a little pre-night post-lynch speculation until bb shows up to confirm Vorret's status.

"Hey, I've got a great idea. Let's all vote very quickly for somebody while the mod is off at Origins," laughs Lassr.

Newcastle chuckles, "That will be hilarious then he will have to come in here at midnight and write about us killing another player."

Lassr points to Isgrimnur. "Well, you totally choked a good guy, but that is not unusual for you. You want another chance?"

"Sure," Isgrimnur sighs. "The only thing I hate more than rebel scum are Canadians. They call ham Canadian bacon. That is so stupid. It is like taking something that is great like bacon and something that is pretty good like ham and trying to pretend it is great. Just because you call it some form of bacon Vorret does not make it bacon! For this you will die!" Isgrimnur holds out his hand and Vorret starts to choke and falls to the floor. "There, that finished him." Isgrimnur storms out of the room.

Vorret opens one eye, "Is he gone yet?"

Newcastle jumps in surprise, "Hey, you are supposed to be dead!"

Vorret shrugs, "I just wasn't feeling it, but I didn't want to make him mad, so I played along."

"Hmmm. Yeah, I don't want to make him mad either. Since he already voted you by trying to choke you, I am going to add my vote and I suggest the rest of you do the same. I don't think we want a pissed off Vader coming back and finding an alive Vorret."

"Good point. I vote Vorret," Lassr quickly chimes in.

Before too long a quickly protesting Vorret is strung up and the life is choked out of him for real this time. As the group is standing around congratulating each other on a job well done, Remus pulls a piece of paper out of Vorret's pocket. It's a letter addressed to Vorret's parents. Remus reads it outloud to the group:

Dear Mommy,

I think we did something really terrible today. I believe we possibly have killed the Emperor. I am a little fuzzy on the details, but I might be in big trouble.

P.S. Can you ask dad to send some money for some real bacon? The kind they have here tastes fantastic and I am just not used to it.

Vorret is dead and was Empire
