I do not play with matches, sir. That would be wrong, sir.

I do like pumpkin pie though. I'm kind of thinking El Guapo is not such a blockhead as he lets on. Although I do wonder what eating a demon infested pumpkin pie would do to the digestive system and if one could survive it. But then again, that pumpkin pie did look good...

Better him than me. :D

I was going to vote lassr because he is, by my quick read through, the leading vote getter. He is also the only person to ask an actual question though so rather than put him at the edge lets see what happens when we put
 Isgrimnur

in a tie with him.

Although I'd still rather we off bb2112 today so that I can claim the title of last Detroit crew standing. :D

(1) Lassr hasn't asked any questions since the game started (unless I missed something), and questions before the game started don't tell us anything about role (and, ahem, he's not the only person to ask questions before the game started)
(2) Why would putting people into an n-2 tie be likely to tell us anything?

Is there any grand game theory for how the village should approach day 1? The default is stumbling around until someone says something that seems mildly inconsistent with something, voting that person up, then voting for a new random person after that first person comes out as the seer.

But I'm not sure how to more productively use it, other than picking someone who may not participate super actively.

it does help that we have a night kill to look at instead of the generic kenetickid death.

So Remus always loves to kill Chaosraven. So Chaosraven dies, is it Remus up to his old tricks or someone framing Remus, or none of the above. Until someones says something damning, that is what we have to work with. Thus the reason for my question to Remus.

Short of a gaffe, one of us is on the docket for testing. El Guapo and bb2112 need to decide who to carve. Either that, or someone needs to make a case for another target.

guess I can learn to play.

We don't need to be running several people up to a lynch and revealing the specials like we tend to do.

Well, it is not an admission of seer, which means he is... probably not the seer. There are 5 specials out of 9. 2 are bad and 3 good. If Issy were good, he would probably declare himself. If he were Linus he would probably declare seer. If were the great evil pumpkin pie, he would probably declare not special.

All this is nonsense and probably means nothing. Are you sure you guys don't want to go with Remus? He is due.
