Well, he may or may not be special, but he is going to have to tell us who he is. We have been through this, and I am not sure that it ever benefits the good guys to not reveal who you are. It is too easy for a wolf to hide under the cover of "I am special". Which I have done lots of times.

As Scoop likes to point out, I seem to be the Devil in these games. :)

Let's run a poll. Should I reveal my role or leave the village to go after someone else?

1) I'm severely annoyed. Now I have to go read the rules to figure out if there is a good reason to think "It's not unwise to let moliere claim special to avoid lynch while not knowing who he is." My first inclination is to wait to watch to claim Athena. But now I have to read and I don't have time for that.

2) For the sake of clarity, Guap and I are correct on the first vote tally but swapped on vote summary at the end.

So for now I'm not backing off moliere. I don't trust "I'm special, but trust in me you're better off knowing" and my largest fear (as I always go to the worst) is "I'm Daniel and the cylons need to find me before for you kill me so I we can coordinate before I die." But again, now I need to re read and who's got time for that?

...

Someone send me a text and let me know when moliere has revealed and I obediently place my vote on Newcastle behind Unagi, we get a cylon, and I feel foolish for not following him earlier.

I re-read the rules but just to confirm, do Cylons receive the role of their night kill?

And I just re-read the rules as well. I got nothing on moliere's half reveal.
Vorret wrote:I re-read the rules but just to confirm, do Cylons receive the role of their night kill?
I also saw no mention of this but Lempkin will be known. Daniel will be known. This is no matter which way the FAQ comes back. If the answer is no then Lempkin is the only one we need concern ourselves with last night... Except the Lempkin would then reveal another.
But if he is killed at night by the Cylons he will provide them the role of a living player (excluding the Cylon team) chosen randomly.
f cylons attack Daniel at night, cylons will be informed they found Daniel
(has to read the rules again to make sure quote the rules is ok  )

As the sun rose into the deep blue sky, the scout team started throwing out all kinds of theories as to why Scoop was chosen to die last night. They ranged from his chaotic mannerism made the Cylons nervous, to the Cylons did not like the fact that he had been gloating over being the hero in a game of Shapeshifter that was played a few nights before they had left for the planet. Whatever the reason, the teams attention turned to Moliere, as the votes piled up to test him, he finally blurted out “I’m special!” under all the pressure.

RMC reaches out and pats his arm, “Of course you are. Damn..” and thinks “I can’t vote to kill a mentally challenged person.” RMC then withdraws his vote.

Newcastle then starts walking around trying to shove pieces of bread in whatever orifice he could find. “Make me some toast!”

With no headway made on finding a Cylon the team breaks for a mid-morning snack. Unagi walks over and tries to wake triggercut who was napping against a large rock as Newcastle opens up a can of beans.

Holman looks at him. “Beans, this early in the morning?”

Newcastle looks up, “Got to have something with all that toast that’ll be done soon.”

Holman looks at Unagi as he pulls out the bread Newcastle had shoved in his jacket pocket, Unagi shakes his heads and tosses the untoasted bread on the ground.

Grundbegriff picks up the bread, places it on a hook, and then hangs it from a tree.

Tru1cy asks Chaosraven, “What the frak is he doing?”

“Who knows with him, but let the genius work. It is probably one of his famous Cylon traps.
