Not the shooter. And why wouldn't the shooter have identified himself yesterday? Every person had a chance to respond.
That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad.

I'm going to be in meetings all day again today and will not be able to get back on until tonight. So in the mean time I am going to vote. Would prefer the shot, but don't understand why that didn't happen yesterday.

Maybe I am the shooter, ever think of that???

I know he wasn't...at least he wasn't when i got my scan. That's why i asked if the role could go to a dead person.

Because he didn't want to potentially miss? Beats me.

I find it odd that you needed to vote when there are days until the deadline.

To be clear and direct: yes. If the traitor was a special their role would have been randomly gone to an alive villager during the night phase because the recruitment occurred during the night phase.
POWERS/RULES explained
-TDog’s protection extends even if Tdog dies at night.
-if succesful protection, only infected & Tdog know target (updated 6.8.17)
-Tdog's protection extends into day INCLUDING lynch & berserker. This was to compensate to the no self protection. (updated 6.8.17)
- TDog can not protect same person on back to back nights. (updated 6.8.17)

-Rick Grimes shot reveals his identity

-The seers are a bit different:
Shane (infected seer) will only learn if they are a normal survivor or special survivor
Carl (Survivor seer) will only learn survivor role or wolf alignment
-if seer scans the traitor target on night 1. SEER will be told that that person has been turned.
-Traitor MUST be recruited by end of night 1. Use it or lose it.
-The infected recruit power is viewed as a global power and not resided in 1 infected.
-Infected traitor powers are nullified if they were a special. IE they receive no scans, their protection is void).
-If the traitor was a survivor special; their role is thrown to a randomized unpowered villager.
-On Day 2 villagers will be notified of traitors existence

Deadline is very flexible. I realize its right before July 4th (a major US holiday for those that dont know). So in all likelihood, it will get moved to later that week to account for the holiday and give enough time for you folks. Let me think about it...but dont feel too pressured.

The Living
Archinerd - ?
Holman - proven survivor due to T-Dog save day 1.
Vorret - ?
BB2112 - ?
Punisher - ?
Moliere - ?
Isgrimnur - proven survivor via Carl (El Guapo) scan
Zarathud - ?
Remus West - survivor
RMC - Claimed Carl - proven lie via El Guapo's death - Infected
Stessier - claims Glen, uncontested

THE DEAD
Chaosraven – Lynched rapidly day 1with no claim to any role
Scoop – T-Dog, Lynched by idiot villagers and some infected
Lassr – night kill
Unagi - Infected - Non-Dr.
El Guapo - Claimed Carl - proven by death

Glen's Claimed Scans
Chaosraven - normal survivor
Scoop - T-Dog (shocking I know, right?!)
Lassr - normal survivor

Either stessier is lying about being Glen which would be weird or Rick is still alive. It could be both of those things as Lassr could have been Glen but then Rick would still be alive since we have only one truly unknown deader so.....Rick must be alive.

I'd say we hold all votes until Rick shows up to shoot RMC. Since we know El Guapo was Carl - due to his death last night - we also know RMC is infected. Take the shot, Rick.

That will put us at 10 players with 3 proven good and seven unknowns for the bad guys to hide in. 4 and 6 for each of the survivors as we all know ourselves. If we accept stessier's claim then it becomes 4/6 and 5/5 respectively.

Vorret - ?

Zarathud - ?
Remus West - survivor - Not Rick. EVER.
RMC - Claimed Carl - proven lie via El Guapo's death - Infected
Stessier - claims Glen, uncontested

Moliere and Archinerd seem to imply they are not Rick through their posts today.
Vorret, Punisher, and Zarathud need to check in. Then we should either have a shooter or a lot more to discuss before killing RMC.

Could you folks please pull the votes. We should not hurry this.

Just so I'm clear..
At this point we only have 3 wolves left.
We don't know which ones since we don't know what Unagi was, although it's a safe bet that he wasn't ExplodieMcSplodie (Unless in his last moments he realized that it wasn't worth taking one of us with him.)
He may have been the seer, but we won't know.
3 wolves, 1 in 3 chance that RMC is MrBoomBoom.
If Rick takes shot and misses exploding RMC, we have no defense later on.
However, we will never know who is MrSplat until after the fact...
1 in 3 isn't the best odds, but not horrible either.
My vote is for Rick to shoot. (Not sure if voting even matters since if Rick is a Vet, they will most likely know when to shoot better than I would)
If RMC IS Rick, he should shoot himself anyway so he can be proven. :)
and, since this is the Zombie apocalypse, why don't we all have guns? Who runs around with Zombies without a gun!

No matter the odds, *if* rick is alive he needs to shoot, too risky not to. We have a guaranteed wolf and not shooting could lose us the ability to actually use it if he's killed in the night.

Shooting removes Infected RMC and allows us to lynch likely infected Archinerd.

I would be very surprised if Rick was still around. Didn't we all check in yesterday as "not Rick"?
Also, if he was around, why not shoot yesterday?

There's no real harm in waiting for a bit though, so I'm fine with that too. But I'm not moving my vote so you guys can lynch him without me again. I already fell for that one once.

Yeah, I say hold off on the lynch until everyone can check in in case Rick is at work or something....
