I'd even PM this to everyone - this is our first Day 1 that lasted 36 hours. (I like it)

You ask as if we know better than you.
I've learned that other people pick up on patterns I miss. Hence my question.
So, right back at ya: Is there a good reason to vote for anyone else? I will say this - if Scoop is the Seer he hasn't done much to be sure he wasn't targeted on day 1, so it may be a good crapshoot.
I'll throw this out there: was Scoop's intentional incoherence today meant to suggest being the Drunk or the Village Idiot?

This kind of performative semi-claim always looks weird to me. Why not just claim it then?

Here is something - and there is no time for it today (I would think), but we should (the next game day, which will be even quicker than this one!) perhaps at the very least, all demark/declare who our intended vote is (you may opt to use a power instead, etc ) - just so that someone who is the Seer could perhaps tell people to 'Back Off'...
Not too sure how useful the seer is gonna be until later in the game when they have had more time to scan. Same with outlaw.. will need more data before shooting...

as for the quiet thing... the nature of this game will mean that some people won't be as active.... work, family matters, etc.... usually there is plenty of time to discuss...

The Seer has nothing today, so clearly we aren't doing anything until he comes forth and says "I know this"

I am just telling the Seer this: this isn't a normal game- You can't die if we trust you (I mean, you can - but there is NO night).
IANAL, but there are even ways we could protect a seer for a while here. Right now is our Strongest point against the wolves power.
Seer should stay quiet if it's not "who we are going to lynch". But we aren't even clear today on our "broadcasted intent"* (* however untruthful it ends up being). Of course - in 1 day, to reach a consensus is a total joke - so this should be fun/interesting. Could be interesting to play this SAME game out but where a Majority is needed, but each day we see how that majority is building againt false claims, etc... but that may end up being hard for a wolf to handle as no consensus = more seer scans....

and/or why are you so inattentive to that really really obvious distinction - where in Scoop has hardly even posted.

OK - - FOLKS

I assume that bb will accept 're-votes' until the deadline. I think Holman is Wolf #1.

Newcastle, you will not be voted for by me tonight.
Tonight, I will vote for Holman.

Do what you want, of course. But I think reviewing my posts will show that I've done nothing but try to clarify rules and openly discuss strategy in ways a Wolf shouldn't.

The townsfolk square off on the main strip. Each person's eyes searching for cover knowing this is going to be one hell of a gunfight. Shots ring out as everyone ducks for cover. Somebody is going to die today. Holman and RMC see the perfect spot to hide at the same time. Both try to race each other to the open doorway of the Gigilo Hotel, where the girls are cheap and the men are free. As both men ran a horseshoe flew out of the doorway knocking RMC to the ground. The next instant 3 bullets found Holman while 3 more passed where RMC was running. Holman falls dead. RMC looks at the dead Holman lying next to him and fingers the hole in his hat in amazement. If RMC had not been knocked down, he would have been dead too.

1. Vorret ------> 0
2. Punisher ----> 0
3. Scoop -------> 0
4. El Guapo ---> 0
5. Unagi -------> 0
6. Newcastle -> 0
7. RMC --------> 3
8. Holman ----> 3
9. Lassr -------> 0

Holman is DEAD!

That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad.

Well I voted for Holman... As did everyone but the wolves apparently. And with 3 votes on me, that means that the wolves all voted for me.

Thanks for the protection Sheriff. I am dead tonight if we can't muster 4 votes on someone else though...

3. Votes are PM’d to the Mod and each morning the person with the most votes from the previous day is dead. If there is a tie, all tying parties are dead.

I think this is fair to disclose as everyone tries to dissect what happened yesterday given the fact we have such short days. I will include a tally of the number of players that did not submit an action.

Day 1 - Zero players missed the submission deadline.

Did Holman's vote count? Or if you die does your vote not count.

9 people in the game, only 6 votes???? And everyone voted, or abstained...

So who voted for Holman? I am guessing I know one of the others, but who was the third person? Not Vorret I am guessing.

Yes, your vote counts even if you get shot (voted) to death.

Was Holman a wolf or a villager? Will we get those results? Your write up...as wonderful as it was (and hey i'm not free!)...didn't state that. Not knowing alignment of the kill hurts our analysis.

Also...6 votes total...interesting. What can we tease from that?
