Octopus Overlords

Been a long long time since we did a PM allowable game. Lets see if anyone is interested. We will have 1 Seer and 2+ wolves depending on sign ups. Anyone may PM with anyone else at any point during the game. Night results to the Seer will be given at day break to prevent the Seer from announcing a scan the same night they get eaten.

Just to point out, that if you allow PMs, most of the conversations will occur in PMs, and hence there will be a husk of a thread for others to sift through for info.

Yep, but there are other advantages as Lassr's post points out. Also, it rewards those who are actively conversing with others as well as posting in thread.

not sure if I'd have the bandwidth to delve into something that requires PM's on a regular basis. I may have to sit this one out.

you don't have to PM at all. But if you have a secret you want to share or a lie, you can. Chat with someone proven, try to set up traps, etc.

I'm not sure I'm up for multiple private threads of lying and being lied to. It sounds like it would really multiply noise.

I’ve never played a PM allowed game. I’d be IN for it.

Out, I've got more email than I can read already.

if there were no pm's i'd play; i just dont have the time to be constantly pming. in fact i'll probably be a slightly more enthusiastic remus from last game.
