Freedom Force 2

Post by sgoldj »

I was wondering what was up with this title, so I took a quick look. From the Irrational website:

Pre-order Freedom Force vs. The 3rd Reich at irrationalgames.com and get a very special treat!

No overarching theme this week, just a bunch of fun little Irrational Games tidbits:

In the very near future Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich will be available for pre-order on this very site. If you, fabulous fan of freedom, pre-order the game here, you will be justly rewarded. The Irrational team is busy whipping up a disk complete with special, only available here, bonus content. This disk will include brand new 1970's versions of all your favorite Freedom Force heroes. Remember that although Freedom Force vs. The Third Reich will be available in stores next year, you can only get this additional content if you pre-order from us.

Regardless, I'm geeked about this one, possibly more than I've been for any game this year. I've almost been considering reinstalling and playing through it a third time.

My Computer Games mag has a "Coming Soon" blurb with a picture of the Freedom Force guy for their January Issue on sale December 7. So maybe we'll get a good preview.

SP2 problem - not to my knowledge, but I haven't looked into it. Won't be a problem, cus I'm still not going anywhere near SP2.

SP3 yet anyone?
Elaine: Oh, hey, listen, by the way, have you seen a tall... lanky...
doofus, with a, with a bird-face and hair like the Bride of
Frankenstein?
Usher: Haven't seen him.
