Checking the main site, it doesn't look like its been cancelled. They just posted new screenshots on 9/30. The game is taking FOREVER though.

It looks like they're going the self publishing route. I hope it works out for them. I am still looking forward to this one. They say it'll come out in 2005 but not exactly when. I hope it's relatively early!
