I'm having a blast with this game. Now that I *finally* figured out how to be a mage, anyway.
But one thing eludes me...I can find my armor class and resistances and such, but how do I tell how much damage my characters are doing? I can't seem to find that information anywhere. I'd like to be able to equip a weapon and see how much pain I should inflict. Is there any way to do this?
Also, it there anyway to look at an enemy and guage how hurt it is?

you should eb able to right click on your weapons and armor (and hell any item) and it will tell you what it does and a brief description of it
I'd do it for most items as it will help you in figureing out what to do with them or it might just be interesting : )
I'm not sure if there is a way to tell how damaged someone is, but something I always liked to do is go into the options -> feedback (? i think its called that) and there is an option to show the damage dice rolls and stuff
which is handy to know how much damage you are dealing out on average
