Walkthroughs for training missions in SH3?

Just wondering if there are detailed walkthroughs anywhere to tell one "hit this key now to view the radio message" and "hit this other key now to dive to a certain depth," etc.

I'm finding myself a little lost, being used to game tutorials that flash text messages at the appropriate moment to give one instructions.
