Picked up Dungeon Siege again.

If it's a video game it goes here.

Picked up Dungeon Siege again.

Post by Eel Snave »

I got it for 1.50 at EB. I figured, hey, it wasn't $50 good, but it was definitely 1.50 good.

So, anyway, it's simultaneously better and worse than I remember it. It's better because there's more exposition and background than I remember. There's books everywhere that explain the various locations and stuff. It worse because the graphics aren't as impressive this time around, and while they put effort in the backstory, there's no effort into the STORY story.

Ah well. Mindless fun.

The only reason I still have Dungeon Siege is so that I can play U5 Lazarus when it is released next year.

If you can get a group of friends for either LAN or online playing, Dungeon Siege is bigtime fun.
Maybe next year, maybe no go

Same here. Not that I thought it was that awful, but I was gonna trade it in a while back before I remembered Lazarus.

This is the best game I didn't have to actually play.

Playing DS by yourself gets boring real quick. But multiplay with friends and family on a LAN is soooo much fun.
Elaine: Oh, hey, listen, by the way, have you seen a tall... lanky...
doofus, with a, with a bird-face and hair like the Bride of
Frankenstein?
Usher: Haven't seen him.

I enjoyed the single player alot, but I think its because my friend and I had a slumber party with our then girlfriends (now wives) and stayed up all night playing through the single player seperately. It was fun talking about the game as we were going through it.
Now Playing:
