Norm told me "real soon" back in early 2003, so judge for yourself. He said the game was about done then and was waiting for some things to get squared away with his investors.

The only thing I can say is that he has updated lately about once every three months or so. Two updates ago his ETA was either Q2 or Q3 2004(don't quite remember), the update after that was either Q3 or Q4 2004(again I'm not sure which), and now this current update's ETA is "real soon now".

I'll guess that the release order of games I'm actually interested in buying will be:

1. Take Command 1861 http://www.madminutegames.com
2. Strategic Command 2 http://www.battlefront.com
3. Russo-Japanese War http://home.austin.rr.com/normkoger/RJW.html
