DA: Pursuit of Justice

Post by sgoldj »

Has anyone played this older title from the guys that do the Law & Order games?

I've been trying it - I enjoy it - BUT how do I sift through the evidence, pick what I need and run the tests befor the 4 days are up? I'm never ready for trial. I see the hints that say "Talk to your boss", but who has time on that game clock?

COuldn't find a good walthrough on google, and I'm trying here before I register with Legacy Interactive games to ask in their forum.

Tried again, again the popup to install the best whatever games click yes. I don't have a yes option, just ok. It could be that I disallow popups, if so its been badly designed as you can't then enable the popups.

Not sure what else could be causing it. No matter though. For anyone else if you do experience it, its a task manager jobbie to end it :)

I assume you're talking about the game released two or three years ago? (It was a reprint of the third of three cases of a collection by the same name released in the mid/late 90s, and the hardest of them)
Hint: Items before trial:
The following items should be in your Case Constructor before you go to trial.

Case for Identity
Cindy Chen
Detective Gonzalez
Allen Brody
Line Up (Cindy Chen identifies Fong)
Photo of Rat Tattoo
Lab test (toolmark ID) on autopsy photo of victim's thigh
Lab test (fingerprint) on gun
Lab test (ballistics) on shell casing
Photo of parking lot
Michael Fong's DMV record

Case for the Criminal Act/Premeditated
Lab test (toolmark ID) on autopsy photo of victim's neck
Allen Brody
Autopsy Photo of victim's neck

Case for the Criminal Act/Killing Of A Human Being
Autopsy report
Autopsy photos of victim's head
Cindy Chen

Case for the Criminal Act/With Intent To Kill

No, this is the original print with all three cases.

Thanks for the list of what I need, I found that online as well.

My question is: Is it possible to sift through all the available options to find that stuff before the time is exhausted. Seems to me you need to play the case(s) several times just to examine the evidence before you have a chance to succeed. IOW, unless I'm doing something wrong, there's no way to put together the proper facts for trial on the first go around.
