Had to be done - this forum was a "DNF is gold" virgin, so I'm stepping up and doing the deed.

Of course, DNF will never see the light of day, but you already knew that.

I was thinking a new Evil Dead movie was coming out or something.
I'm special!

There was a hilarious DNF timeline in the latest issue of Computer Games magazine that showcased all the world events that have happened since DNF was announced back in 1999. Along the timeline were such blurbs as the fact that the two Martian rovers were conceptualized, built, launched, and performed their missions in less time than DNF has taken to come out.

LOL @ YK - that is hilarious! We can put not one but two robotic spacecraft on another friggin' planet, but can't get a first person shooter out the door. :)

The question is, will DNF be released before man walks on Mars?

I was reading that last night and almost fell out of bed laughing at the Martian rover stat. Hilarious.

Maybe they'll be playing DNF on a powerful handheld system while they explore Mars.

Mods, this needs to be moved to EBG. That is where DNF belongs.

rumor mill had it again that this year will be the one. of course, they have made claims about it for almost 10 years now, so it's not like a press release from thier camp has any weight now.
