Donkey Konga Wireless?

Yeah. So I've got a pair of the DK Bongos and my living room is, um, pretty big. Using the normal cables with my extension cables (6') just isn't doing the trick. Donkey Konga is incredible (and we can't wait for Donkey Kong Jungle Beat), but crouching on ottomans is getting kind of dumb.

I know that, once upon a time, there was a wireless adapter for the PS2. Wavebirds would make that pretty silly for the GC, *except* if one wanted to bongo wirelessly.

Anybody got any thoughts? My wife says thank you in advance: she'd love to play from the couch or -- better -- from the recliner.

Wireless would be pretty neat for this game.

Of course I'd just scoot the recliner closer to the TV.
