Sweet, though the download stalls out pretty much immediately
I'll have to try again later.

What are these? Remixes or something? I can't imagine why the Fallout music would need remastering, since it was pretty high fidelity in the first place.
Insert witty comment here.

Here's a mirrored link to download the files at NMA:
http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload. ... le_id=1300" target="_blank
The quality on these files is much higher then what's included in the game.

Well, this certainly seems like the real deal. As I said, the original music was pretty high fidelity already so this isn't must-have, but it's still nice. ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon/smile.gif)

Comparing the remaster MP3 files to the original ACM files, the remasters are almost twice as large. I think the remastering has made a difference; the music sound fatter and I hear little percussive sounds I didn't notice before. That could just be from listening to the music more closely than usual, though.
"My Chrysalis Highwayman" is one of my favorite gaming tunes of all time. "Metallic Monks" is good background music for getting work done. "Gold Slouch" has a cool guitar riff from The Stand miniseries.
I just noticed, though, a major editing mistake. "Metallic Monks" ends with the first 10 of seconds from the next song, "Followers Credo," which consequently is missing those first 10 seconds and begins abruptly.

Wowie. I am going to have to put this stuff in the Fallout 3 music folder so I can hear this stuff while wandering the first person wasteland.
Some of that music still makes me feel like I did when playing the Fallouts. Pretty cool that that has stuck with me all these years.
