Saint’s Row 3 allowed Rip to play a Texan while I played Tank Girl in co-op. Yes, the beatdowns went from baseball bats to dildos, but it was an amazing experience. It’s so over the top Gangsta that it’s hilarious. They go way past the boundaries with a wink and a nod. And it’s funny.

I used my EGS Mega Sale coupon to knock a few dollars off the price and picked this up today.

Downloaded for PS4 and this go around I decided to just go with a Mr. Manhattan vibe and take over the city with a nice skin tone of blue. And wearing nothing else...

Question for you or anyone, is there a difficulty adjustment for the game? My razor sharp reaction times have deteriorated over the years  and I'm more interested in the fun that having an uber-combat challenge. Thanks!

They did have difficulty levels to choose from so choose your favorite pimp hat and thong and get out there!

Since I have nothing better to do with money than to throw it at Volition so that they'll make a new Saints Row game, I picked this up on Steam today. If you already have the OG Saints Row the Third on Steam, there is discount if you buy the 3rd Street Saints Bundle rather than just the remastered game. Even with a handful of cosmetic DLC that I never bothered to buy for the original version, it was significantly less expensive to buy the bundle.

If you don't already have it somewhere, Saints Row the Third Remastered is free on EGS until 2 Sep.

I hadn't picked up the Remastered version. Thanks. Though whether I'd want to re-play it without all the additional toys.... :D

I should install SR4. I didn't give it any time after having so much fun with SR3.

I'm downloading SR3RM right now, because free

I wish they would redo the original game, I really enjoyed the gameplay and lots of good memories from it.

3 was my first foray into the series. I believe I have 2, but I have never tried it. I suspect that the graphics would be too hard to swallow.

I played 2 and 3. I couldn't really get into 4 somehow, probably knowing it's too absurd.
