Could not claim my welfare check (! :P) either.

My companys revenue sheet and profile page have been updated, but my personal profile still has yesterdays information. I'm unsure about my welfare check, it's possible that I didn't get anything today, either.

I noticed the personal profile not updating and it was late yesterday as well. I messaged him about it.

If you think the Store interface could use an upgrade, vote here for #1! It looks like Production and Research queues are currently winning and that would be a shame - that doesn't take nearly as long as making sure a store is stocked.

Well, free except for the Influence.

My expansions cost no influence to instantly upgrade.

Here's the explanation in the mouseover

I do primarily food retail with about 75% of the products represented across Cafe, Farmer's Market, Gas Station, and Food Court. Store sales has been been an a steady climb until yesterday when chose to do some production expansion as opposed to store expansion.

IPO money will go to store expansion and likely a supermarket. There's good product crossover giving me a multiplier on inventory, while also expanding the product line.

I do plan on a dividend.

Challenges: I need Pie and Cake.

Any idea when the JOIagri stocks are going to move? I don't want to sell them at a loss and could probably afford to buy more at their current lows if I knew you were up to something soonish (couple of days).

It will take 2-3 days for the big losses during the fiasco to roll out of the seven day calculations which are the window for company performance as it relates to stock price. Or at least that is my understanding.

I just spent over a mil on another expansion to my storefront, the first expansion of my production capability in days, and really building up inventory in my stores. I'm finally able to deal in thousands of units instead of hundreds.

This should be a good day. All money spent so far today should see immediate returns within the same day.

It friggin better be.

Plus I'd like to see my numbers for yesterday. Still waiting for revenue sheet to be posted. I sent in a bug ticket.

Is it better to let a factory sit idle and then do 1x 8 hour production run or to do 3 x 4hour production runs spread through the day? I'm thinking 1 run is better, but I'm not sure. The rest of the time it sits idle regardless. At least for now.

Single run.

Why are you idle?

Make me something to buy that I can sell in a farmers market.

Huh. I understand that this game is called economies of scale, but I find it hard to believe that 1x 8 hour run can produce more than 3x4 hour runs. I suppose we need to define "better" before I'll be happy with Rip's answer.

And of course the cost per unit will be more expensive in the 2nd scenario (3x4 hour runs) than the first (1x8) runs. Is it that much more expensive that it is worth leaving your factory idle for 4 hours? That surprises me.

So, as a hint. Before you IPO, make sure you have a window open to buy your own stock back with your own money. Easy triple, and we'll see where it goes from here.

It's my Beverage Factory. It is the last vestige of my original plan to make Orange Juice your Mama Will Die For. Now it is only used to filter water. My well can only keep it busy for about 3-4 hours out of every 8, so the rest of the time it is down. I'll be using it to make Orange Juice for the B2B after the next cycle, and then I'll have sugar to refine and keep it busy that way. But after my missed day and spreadsheet re-org, there's a bit of down time for the next 36-48 hours or so.

I've got about 60 products for sale between my grocery store and my cafe. Not sure how many are mine. Probably 10-20 if we include raw fruit and crops.

I have multiple qualities for lots of those items. Seems to work fine sales/demand-wise.

I thought it showed you owning 77% on the first refresh and then 83% on a second refresh. Smart move!

ya, i saw Scott do it RJM and did it with my company. Congrats on IPO!

My new R&D just finished brand spanking new 677m2 facility! i really need it too, since it gets into later 30s, even 100m2 doesnt cut it anymore. I have another 350m2 but even it was slowing down. This should have me all set as far as meats go.

Here is the spreadsheet I use to rebalance my prices. I only have a Farmer's Market right now, so that is why the list of items is what it is. It only requires you are around for two ticks worth of data so it could take as little as 20 minutes. It calculates the price you need to make your inventory last a set amount of time. Not sure if anyone prices their stuff that way, but if you do, I thought it might be interesting to look at.

HA!! I wish. No, it requires manual entry. I appreciate your high regards for my talent (misguided though they be). :D

Market doesn't seem to sell OJ, but any Milk in a carton or jug I would buy from you as long as price is reasonable.

RJM is up 20%!

Who is reading our boards? :)

FRONT is nearing $4 (but I sold some more).

The plan over time is to get down to 51%, so y'all don't freak out as I do that over the next few days/weeks.

ND and Matrix are skimming 5% off the top - the crooks!!

So does that go into your private account? Nice way to make some cash on top of the dividend and stock sales.

GG - so is you alter ego going to take another trip to Europe or maybe pick up another summer house with the surprise $1M he got today? :D

Hmmm, I think I actually have those ingredients. I'll have to look into it.

Is $2.70 for a carton of Q0 milk reasonable? I can't find it on the B2B or Import list.

Throw it up and we shall see.

I will buy and give you feed back.

You could also buy the ingredients if you don't make them from JOI for strawberry and chocolate milk. I would also buy that.

Yes it goes to our private accounts. While private you can skim as much as you want.

How big is your market? I sell cartons of milk for $35 but at Q8. OTOH, I can produce like 100k of them in a day, so I'm not your market.

Milk normally IMPs but they must be out for the moment (a first that I've seen)

Code: Select all
Conventional Engines   6   50,000   $25.00   $1,250,000.00      [Buy] [Buy All]
SPQR inc.   30   1   $30.00   $30.00      [Buy] [Buy All]

Given the current market, I'd say you can sell it for more.
