That sounds like an improvement. When I quit World of Tanks, the balance was so bad that in every match, there were two or three players with uber-tanks that were so powerful that the match was essentially between them, and everyone else was just decoration. It also wasn't uncommon to see battles with players three or four tiers above others.

In case anyone was unaware. Most people who have played WoWarhips are eligible for 3 days of Premium membership.

If you are a new player or have not played in awhile (3 months or more), you can use the above link to get some free in-game content such as premium ships, port slots, and credits. I also will receive rewards as well. Looks like you do have to advance quite far up the line in order to claim the good stuff.
