A couple of today's quests look interesting. One is a red axe for the Witchhunter (10% chance to recover 10 health when you kill). The other is an orange trinket - Star of the Sisterhood - while equipped you share a common health pool with all other wearers of this trinket. That could be interesting.

Hmmm... I'm still deep in debt on my current trinket. But I think it's okay. I haven't liked axes so far (though maybe I just need to spend a bit more time practicing). And I grabbed that trinket when it came up a couple of weeks ago. I haven't tried it with my bots yet, though.

The latest patch makes the bots pick up bombs and potions (I think). They won't throw the bombs, but they will give you theirs if you don't have one.

This is the museum mod for Skyrim. It is absolutely beautifully done, and includes not just a multi-room museum for every item in the game, it includes the best home mod I've used, a full set of quests, a complete guild, a new gathering/crafting skill (archaeology), and three additional skill trees tied to archaeology. It does it all without messing with the balance or being lore-inappropriate.

Working toward the gold trinket Iron Lung - take 60% less damage from poison gas.
Two of today's contract were for The Falls -- one giving blue tokens for completing 7 levels on the lower level, the other giving a key and some orange tokens for completing 20 Champion levels. I must have thought I only needed 13 or I probably wouldn't have tried it. It took me 4 runs to do it. Ugh.
On the 4th run through I made it to wave 9. At one point all 3 bots had died and reapawned out in the field/woods. I retrieved a badge then ran to them, revived 2 before succumbing to poison gas, was revived and then ran over and revived the last bot. That might have been in wave 7 because soon after we ran over to the post wave 7 supplies and healed up. Even though I had to go through the contract 4 times, it was very satisfying to make it to wave 9 on Champion with the bots.

yup - I thought it was fun, too. And thanks for running Wheat and Chaff on Nightmare with me. And now I only need White Rat on Nightmare. Who knows? Maybe in another 5 or 6 runs we'll get it.

Sorry, guys. That last wipe was my fault. I switch back and forth between weapons a lot, and I thought I'd just switched to my sword and tried to swing - but fired one last fireball that put me over the edge instead.

That's only the second time I've blown myself up.

Because it is a link to a thing we were discussing over voice chat in-game. There's an inn that acts as a lobby between missions. We usually hang out in there and discuss things while doing inventory stuff, and Skyrim came up.

One of the contracts today was for 7 waves of Town Meeting on Champion. I made it to level 13 - just couldn't withstand the might of two rat ogres. But the bots did pretty well.

I deleted mine, launched it, and everything seemed normal. Controls were intact, quests were intact, inventory was intact.
