Re: Looking for group (R6:Siege + Others)
$30 if you want the Necromancer as well. Personally, I wasn't that impressed with either the Crusader or the Necromancer. I didn't spend much time on either. The 1st expansion at least offers a bunch of other stuff that you'll want in addition to the Crusader. The 2nd expansion doesn't offer much. You probably won't need the extra character and stash slots for a while.Blackhawk wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 11:28 pm We were discussing Diablo 3 earlier. It is currently on sale for $10 for the base game, or $20 with the expansion on the Blizzard store.

Oh, so FYI, I will not be available for Sunday night. It is my mother's 75th birthday and we are taking her out to dinner (a place with a private dining room so hopefully that limits any exposure).

Yeah, I'd hesitate to even call the Necromancer DLC an expansion. It's really just an extra character class.

All of the dollars. And when we buy it, we'll just leave it parked.

Re: Looking for group (R6:Siege + Others)
So with RDR2 Online (Online Only Package) coming available on December 1st for only $5, would there be any interest, specifically Bob and Karen, in picking this up?
I'm only singling you guys out because Duane, Jen, and I all already have it.
Jen and I created our online characters today and ran through all of the tutorial and introductory missions...and then were immediately sniped by some asshole as soon as we were in an open lobby. So, no much different than GTA really.
I haven't yet tested the create an empty lobby routine from GTA but I imagine it working much the same way.

There is a chance that I won't be available until later tomorrow, or possibly not at all. I've got an all day pre-Christmas project I was planning for this weekend, and it just got bumped up to Thursday. I may or may not be done by the starting time.

Re: Looking for group (R6:Siege + Others)
There's no way I can pull it off. I'm done with the stuff I needed to get done, but doing it left my back so kersplungled that there's no way I can handle a desk chair for several hours. I'll be spending some quality time with a heating pad tonight.;

Jen's working tonight and I have to pick her up so we won't be around until about 7 CST anyway.
If anybody is on, we can do something then.

I feel really bad about skipping, but my back is hurting so bad right now that my toes are tingling. I haven't had it that bad in years.

Turns out Karen was being hit pretty hard by allergies so we all are taking the night off.

Re: Looking for group (R6:Siege + Others)
BH,
I struggle a lot with my back these days. I've been pretty happy with:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BOYA2M2
(Though you'd probably want to wait for a sale/shop around. Since it's gone up $10 since I bought it.)
I like the heat and gentle massaging. We also have one of the shoulder ones. It's nice because it digs a bit deeper. But it's not as easy to use in a chair.
Additionally, when I can tell where something is "caught", I'll lean back against a tennis ball. I have a mesh backed chair that gives. It seems to allow the tennis ball to apply pressure without hurting. I'll do that until things shift back into a less painful alignment.

Re: Looking for group (R6:Siege + Others)
Thanks, Mix. I'll take a look.
I messed my back up when I flipped a car back in 1995. I hit head-first into the roof of the car as it landed upside down, and my spine decided it was an accordian. It isn't as bad now as it was years ago, but with the extra weight I've got now, a day of heavy bending or leaning (I'm tall, so cooking involves lots of leaning forward) causes it to act up.

Re: Looking for group (R6:Siege + Others)
Close enough, although mine was an '84 and a diesel (that sucker got 80-90 miles per gallon.) My father gave it to me after my previous car burst into flames when I started it. In fact, I've owned exactly one car for which I wasn't the final owner. Every other has gone from me to the junkyard, likely including my current vehicle when the time comes. That isn't a reflection on how I take care of them, but of the kind of junker I usually end up having to get.

I won't be there tonight. I have had a royal dung-bubble of a day, and I honestly wouldn't be good company right now. I'm distracted, snappy, and grumbly. Feel free to engage in outlawry without me.

Well, Jen was going to be late anyway. We'll see who's available and when. Maybe do some RDR, maybe some GTA Heist Preps.

Well, I figured we'd probably end up replaying the "Buckethead" mission again with you as the Posse leader so, seeing it beforehand does sort of spoil the effect.
