Doug is a "maybe" and he has all of those loaded.

Actually, I think I'm going to bow out for now anyway. My teeth are acting even more tonight, and I don't know that I'd be good company. I'm certainly not up to twitchy gameplay.

Yachts only spawn in for specific missions or for player owned instances. I was the only player in this session when this random yacht suddenly appeared.

There has been speculation that Rockstar purposely programmed NPC drivers to be erratic/aggressive around players on a "Vehicle Delivery" mission since any damage taken by the vehicle comes out of the players wallet to make repairs.

But then again, the NPC drivers do some crazy/stupid shit even when you are not on vehicle delivery missions.

FYI, double selling price on gunrunning this week! Stock those bunkers, and hope there aren't any monster trucks.

I'll be there for about half an hour when we start but then I'll have to pick up Jen from work.

I should be gone about 45 minutes and then I'll jump back in.

I may not be there tonight. Or I may, I'm not sure yet. I've got a lot going on with Michelle's move.

And at the same time, I'm not totally feeling the GTA love right now. It doesn't seem like there's much more to accomplish. Those of us who want them have most of the businesses, and wouldn't be actively using any of the others. The way we use the cheat tank means that there isn't any real value in investing in any other vehicles beyond spending days earning to the money to leave them in the garage. Without anything to really work towards, all that's left is a poorly balanced game that consists mostly of downtime for two or three players, with only one usually actively playing.

I'm kinda getting there myself.

So looks like Siege or Vermintide to hold us over until we can all agree on a new game.

Any interest in Fallout 76?

I missed the BETA window on Tuesday but am hoping to try it out on Saturday.

Absolutely a maybe. I'm still waiting to see how it actually plays once there are more impressions instead of publicity polish.

I'd love for us to play anything designed for actual cooperative play. Between Siege and GTA, we've been playing a lot of good games with half-baked cooperative play added as an afterthought.

Getting a little buried here. I may be late or absent, depending.

I used to want this game but after watching videos of players who have been in it since release berating, bitching, and kickin new players who dont know the maps or all the little ways to play has turned me off to it. Theres even a free play weekend and I have no plans to try it. Why must people be so foul.

Are you talking about Rainbow Six? For what it's worth, we've probably got a couple of hundred hours together in this thing, and I'm the only one who's ever really played with random internet people. We just play the co-op mode. It's admittedly thin, but we've had a lot of fun with it.

FYI, there is a 16gb patch for R6.

Are we doing '76 tomorrow? If so, I've done some research. I think our best move is to create separate characters for when we play as a group, and that we specialize them. Different people focus on different skills and fighting styles to free up skills and make us more effective. I was thinking about going with a support/healing build (heavy on Charisma, not too tough, long-range combat, possibly explosives) myself.

Some other suggestions that I've seen are a super-tough melee/power armor character, a heavy weapon character, one person takes hacking and specializes in high level crafting (which is Intelligence based), one lock picking.

I've got my Level 1 character created and standing outside the vault door ready to start.

I selected the Strength Perk card to start out with since I found during the BETA that melee combat was considerably easier than ranged for the first couple of levels.

That seems like a good idea, Blackhawk. Sounds kinda like Brian could go for the super-tough melee character. I'll find out what Bob was thinking of (he has 1st level character ready) and then I'll try to fill in the gap.

If you log on to GTA5 today you can get a free Buzzard Attack Helicopter.

Just log on and go to the Warstock website to claim it.

If you want to customize it you'll have to own a hangar and park it in there first. (Not that there's much customization to be done other than changing the color.)

My solo character found the plans for the Large Water Purifier. With Bob's help I transferred the plans to my group character who is now sitting around his camp collecting purified water for the group. I hope to have the patience to collect 40 (10 for each of us) for each gaming session. Or maybe only every other session.

FO76 patch today, around 500mb. Notes are mostly performance improvements and bug fixes.

Don't they know that Tuesday is patch day? They better get with the program!
