Was still considering installing Starfleet Command when I remembered Away Team. I never finished it but it was really fun as I recall.
Is it for sale on any digital online site? Otherwise Im going to have to do a lot of digging.

I believe many of the developers and publishers of the Star Trek games over the years signed fixed-term licensing deals. Meaning as soon as those terms expired, they could not sell the games anymore.
So, at this point, your best bet is likely to be an abandonware site or to dig up your original version of the game.

Away Team made what to play easy....it refused to even install due to "Windows 64 bit incompatibility"
