Have any of you ever seen these? They take both Super Metroid and Link to the Past and randomize them together so that the items end up spread around between both games, and then you're supposed to try and beat them BOTH while flipping back and forth between them at predetermined points. It's the most fun I've had playing a game in a long, long time.

Your link is funky (it tries to point to OO) but copy/paste samus.link and it works.
Strange concept. It looks like you need to upload two ROMs you've got downloaded (likely to avoid copyright issues) and then it merges them and sends you back one ROM.
I played and enjoyed both games, with Link to the Past being beaten a handful of times from scratch. I might give this a whirl and upload it to my SNES console. Thanks!
