Just how do I email Sony PS4 with a complaint?

I have no idea, but a lot of companies go out of their way to make their direct contact emails very, very hard to find. They prefer that you either go through their support site, use a contact form, or get frustrated with the hassle and give up.

I finally spoke to chat and they referred me to their blog site. I created a forum post. Sux.

My grief is the PS PLUS so called FREE games they give each month to members. They are in fact not free games to you....they are simply ACCESS to those games as long as you pay. To me they tout the games as to be given to you so they are yours. They are in my library. But because I needed food this month I let my sub slip. Plan to get it back next month. But now I cant play those so called free games. I was a paying customer at the time I got them.

Policy or not I find that policy to suck and I also find the way these free games for membership is advertised. So I want to file a complaint. ended up with a forum post.

I want to file a complaint on the free monthly games for PS Plus service and access to said free games. These games are not free gifts....they are simply free access but only while membered. They are touted as gifts but they are not. I was a paying customer at the time I got these games and they are in my library. But because I had to buy food instead of membership for this month it wont allow me to play them until I resub. This feels like a bait and switch thing where games seem free but are not.



So how do I file a formal complaint on this policy?

While you won't get anywhere with it (they are very careful to define what 'free' represents when you sign up - it is free access to members, not free ownership), it has always annoyed me that they refer to them as 'free with a subscription.' In other words, free if you pay for them.

Ya I never even saw that before I was told about it today. I just want to complain about that policy now. Not having an easy way to do it makes me want to all the more.
