Star Trek Online - free to play now on XB1 and PS4

That's right trekkies and trekkers, STO is now available for download and free to play on
next gen consoles XB1 and PS4.

From what I've seen discusssed you can't take your PC version account and login to play
existing characters/ships. Which really sucks because I have 3 characters maxed out, and 1
romulan that I've been trying to get a Schimitar class ship for the longest, just haven't put
in as much times as needed.

I'm goofing around with this on PS4. No clue what I am doing, but I have a hot Vulcan science officer on my bridge so I've got that going for me which is nice.

I started it up tonight and have been pleasantly surprised. The on-ground combat is clunky and not very well done, but the ship quests and combat are a lot of fun. For a free title, I'm digging it quite a bit.
