PS4 is a total error...broke?

For a month Ive not been able to do anything in the PS4 UI. I can move around...I 'think' I can play my game..not sure as I haven't tried. But if I try to access any menu...store, login, profile...anything like that it just brings up an error screen. Ive turned it off and on ...not sure whats wrong or what to do. It just charged me for my PS+ for the month is why I went in to check it.
Most screens say simply error has occurred. But theres another one in a lot of the places I try...CE-32899-1 ....going to look it up.
I think unplugging both the modem and router has fixed it.
