What a handsome devil! Thanks for the hosting of the pic, Nox. New York has A-Rod but we have A-Ring, indeed.

I'm afraid the hottest thing in that picture is the colour they painted Russia...

But seriously, no, I wouldn't trade a bag of cheetos for the guy in that picture.

There's gotta be some relatively upset Yankee fan I can piss off on this forum. Bumpage for the work week. ;)

NEW YORK YANKEES - 26 world championships

BOSTON RED SOX - 6 world championships

You've got ALOT of catching up to do Kelric.

I was impressed with Boston's post season play this year. I'll be even more impressed if they can repeat it next year and beat the Yankee's again in the post season and repeat as world champs.

Hey, I'm not trying to catch up, that's near impossible. Over an 80 year span the Yankees went to about half of all the World Series. HALF. HALF. That's amazing. They were a very well run ballclub until Cashman came along and Steinbrenner really opened up the purse strings.

It's the fold in the shirt that makes the V look like a T in that picture. Which is why I said what it really says in my first post.

Are Yankees fans really going to be throwing that 26 to 6 number around?

Meh, I'll buy the 4 to 1 over the past 20 years at most. Even the two in the '70s are far too long ago to care about. The Celtics won 16 World Championships; but they stink now.

Far as I'm concerned, the Red Sox win this battle 1 to 0 (at least until we repeat next year!)
