Wow. Five freaking years. Thanks Rip. Thanks setaside. Thanks Peacedog. Thanks ImLawBoy. Thanks godhugh. Thanks Gedd. FishPants, SirReal, Arcanis. Thanks $iljanus, Bakhtosh, Blackhawk, MHS, EvilHomer3k, Austin, Preacher, Zaxxon, LawBeefaroni. And thanks to every one of you out there (or in some cases really really out there) who brings so much into my life each time I log in. Smirk or smarm; interest, intrigue, or intelligence; padding or pointy elbows; :tjg: or :pop: or :coffee: or :grund: . Thanks (for) OO.

You know, I was on Gone Gold from around October of '99 to October of '04. Looks like the apprentice is to overtake the master.

Huh. I had no idea I joined only a month after this place had been created. I mean, I read about how the forum came about (Gone Gold, etc.) and stuff when I joined, in various threads. But I thought it had been around at least 6 months before I joined. I guess not. Interesting.

I had posted a thread at Home of the Underdogs asking if anyone knew of a good PC Game-centric forum. I believe it was a guy named Flash that sent me here. If you're still around, thanks Flash! :)

And thanks, OO!

Yeah, reading through the thread from the beginning I feel like I should pour out a 40 for all the people who are no longer with us.

But I'm damned glad to still be virtually hanging out with the lot of you. :)

Almost took me a week! And oh, what a sad, boring week that was. :D

I was talking to a friend about people I had met online and one friend in particular I met through GG... And then I realized just how long ago that was.

Happy birthday OO! Looking forward to the next 5 years.

Now I get it. You did it wrong, though. You are supposed to give us wood, and that picture is the antithesis of that.

I still want to know why 70s guy has three penises.
