While I'm familiar with "don't ask, don't tell" policies, is it permissable to ask a candidate if they are Belgian? It would creep me out if they wanted to sleep with me for a raise (not that there's anything wrong with that...)
To get a raise or a promotion? Seriously now. Most men are more willing to sleep with their bosses just to, well, to sleep with their bosses. Especially if said boss is hot.

Indeed. I don't think I'd ever try to sleep with someone in hopes of a raise. Now if they offered, that's another story.... As long as they aren't a man or a post-op transexual, I'm game.
Yep, that is generally a big difference between men and women. A (n unattached) man in many cases is thinking "I get to get laid and favored at work, and this should not exist as some sort of committed relationship, all at the same time, sign me up. My requirements for this relationship just went down dramatically." Right or wrong as far as pressure goes, it's definately a different attitude.
My current boss? No. I've had a couple that wouldn't have been nearly so bad, though - and I've definitely known a few co-workers that would have been fun.
