Holy crap, I was wrong. That was a still from Red Dragon. That's what came up when I did a search for Manhunter, but when I just watched the scene it was different.

Advanced search but it's still kinda crap. For example, you can't do a Google style searches as it will ignore quotes and other modifiers. I had to search specifically in EBG, using search terms Keep, Movie, and McKellen and was then able to find it.
