He very well may have been. I recall very little about that movie. The main character and the basic premise. That's about it.

Hm.. the movie with Arnold? Last Stand? I don't remember Forest Withaker being in it though or that roof scene, feels like there's two different movies in those images

Correct.

Forest is the lead FBI (?) agent in charge of transferring the prisoner. The roof scene is at the beginning of the movie where the prisoner escapes custody.

Subsequent shots might make things more clear.

Also, keep in mind I usually try to tie my movies in some way to the previously posted movie.

Not always but in this case there is definitely a connection.
