2 new t-shirts

Post by Remus West »

So I ordered 2 new T-Shirts yesterday. One says "5/4 of people have trouble with fractions". The other shows Pi and the square root of -1 talking. Pi is saying "Get real" while Root -1 is saying "Be rational". I am so excited to wear these to work on casual days.

Sweet. I so hate you for the money you are going to cost me today.

I have to check the link to the shirts I ordered tonight when I get home, I do not have it here and I forget the name of it.

Here is the shirt site, if you haven't seen it.

http://www.shirt.woot.com" target="_blank

different shirt every day, price $10, no cost shipping.
There is a shirt design contest every week, and the winners get produced.

Beware, this site is evil, I have bought at least a dozen shirts since I started watching this site. granted each and every shirt is The Most Awesome Shirt Ever! but I am running out of drawer space.

Did you say foreign orders?

Yes. Well, technically, we wrote it. But yeah, Shirt.Woot is the only Woot site that accepts and fulfills orders to Canada and the other far-flung chunks of the planet listed in this blog post. We can't offer the same options as we offer to our Stateside customers. All orders ship via the local version of SmartPost, FedEx International Mail Service, and we have to charge you $5 for it. FIMS will hand the package off to your local postal service, who will complete the delivery. Unfortunately, this service does not offer a tracking number. Which is too bad. But at least we pass the savings on to you.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

Last summer I ordered a few shirts from this site:
http://controversy.wearscience.com/" target="_blank

In light blue:

In imaged color:

enter coupon code: AMORPHIAROCKS before December 13th and save yourself 20%?
Some great stuff on that site.

[edit:]Shirts are sized as you're used to (so no fudging sizes unlike tshirt.woot.com), and material quality is among my favorite for my Ts.

Not currently, but there are some cool ones in this thread. Maybe I'll add some this year. The markup on most clothing is excellent thanks to slave labor in obscure countries.

One of my personal favourite novelty t-shirts is one that a friend wears at work. It simply says "Undercover Police Officer", and he actually wears it at work while undercover doing surveillance and street level buys. :D
